Troy Bergeron is a Senior Manager at RTX, currently leading internal R&D investment and pursuit activities for Launched Effects autonomy since February 2025. Previously, Troy held various roles at RTX, including Principal Systems Engineer, where responsibilities included serving as Program Chief for demonstrations and flight test campaigns and integrating autonomy mission systems onto UAV test platforms. Additionally, Troy served as Senior Systems Engineer, focusing on Model Based Systems Engineering for collaborative autonomy. Earlier experience includes an internship and participation in the Engineering Leadership Development Program at RTX, which is designed for early career engineers. Troy earned a Master of Engineering Management degree from Duke University Pratt School of Engineering between 2020 and 2022.
