Tyler Ahrens

Tyler Ahrens, CISSP, is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Cyber Defense at RTX since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ahrens worked at Collins Aerospace in various capacities, including Senior Manager of Cyber Defense and Senior Information Security Analyst, from October 2018 to December 2022. Ahrens also held positions at Rockwell Collins as a Security Specialist and Information Security Administrator between March 2014 and April 2018. Earlier experience includes roles as a Deskside Support technician at SA IT Services and Technical Support at GoDaddy, along with a long tenure at Fareway Stores, Inc. as a Produce Clerk. Ahrens earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University, completing studies from 2005 to 2010, and attended schools in Webster City and Winterset High School.
