Uri Shafir

Uri Shafir is an experienced professional in security operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Security Operations at RTX since February 2024. Prior to this role, Uri held the position of Associate Director of Global Security at Otis Elevator Co. from February 2020 to February 2024. Uri’s extensive background includes significant experience at the Drug Enforcement Administration, where responsibilities spanned from August 1996 to February 2020 in various roles, including Resident Agent in Charge-Retired, Group Supervisor, Assistant Attache, and Special Agent. Additionally, Uri served as a Special Agent at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from October 1992 to August 1996. Uri earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business between 1987 and 1991.
