Will Stott

Will Stott is a seasoned cybersecurity leader currently serving as the Director of Cyber Incident Management at RTX since October 2023, specializing in incident management services. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Cybersecurity at Raytheon Missiles & Defense from April 2020 to October 2023, and holding various roles at Raytheon Missile Systems from April 2011 to April 2020 in Cyber Engineering and Information Assurance. Will's career began in information security and networking at HealthTrio, Roche Diagnostics, and Ventana Medical Systems, where significant contributions involved project management, improving network security, and implementing corporate security policies. Early roles as a Network Administrator at Pima County Consolidated Justice Courts and Systems Administrator at Indian Oasis School District laid the groundwork for a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and security. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2003 and 2006.
