William Kilgallen

William Kilgallen is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel for Business Development at RTX since September 2025, providing advisory support on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and various investment strategies. Previously, William held the position of Counsel for Business Development at Pratt & Whitney from September 2014 to September 2025, where similar advisory roles contributed to the division's strategic growth. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel at Wiggin and Dana LLP from January 2007 to September 2014, focusing on emerging growth companies in venture capital and M&A transactions, and as an Associate at Sidley Austin from September 1998 to January 2007, representing issuers and securities firms in public and private offerings. William holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law (1998) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Fordham University (1995).
