Yan Tougas has over 20 years of experience as a global ethics officer for large multinational companies across various industries. Currently, they drive the operational strategy and execution of ethics and compliance programs at RTX, fostering a culture of integrity and ethical leadership. Previously, Yan held key positions at UTC Power, UTC Fire & Security, and Otis Elevator Company, where they supported international networks of ethics and compliance officers. They also served as adjunct faculty at the University of Connecticut School of Business and are a board member at the Ethics & Compliance Initiative and the Hoffman Center for Business Ethics at Bentley University. Yan holds an LL.B. from Sherbrooke Law School and an LL.M. from UConn Law School, and is a member of the New York Bar.
