Ying Chen

Ying Chen is an experienced professional in the field of indirect tax technology, currently serving as the Associate Director at RTX since April 2020. Prior to this role, Ying held similar positions at United Technologies and GE Power, where responsibilities included managing ERP finance and tax design. Ying's career journey began at KPMG US as a Senior Manager in Indirect Tax Technology. Additional experience includes leadership roles in product management at ADP and Taxware, where Ying contributed to tax solutions and product development.
