Eric Gessner is currently a Senior Manager of Systems Engineering at RTX, where they focus on building a strong team environment and meeting customer needs. Since 2007, they have worked at Raytheon as a Senior Systems Engineer II, managing teams of over 15 people, with some instances involving more than 50 team members, while overseeing a significant $1.7 billion program. Eric brings a robust analytical skill set that encompasses software, hardware, integration, and problem-solving across various disciplines. They are pursuing both a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Clarkson University.
