Florian Schueller

Florian Schueller currently serves as the Director of Special Projects and Section Lead for Strategy Support & Reporting at RUAG, focusing on the strategic processes within the Business Area Ground. In addition, Florian has been a Reserve Instructor and Specialist Officer (Captain) with SWISSINT since 2014, preparing personnel for foreign deployment through training and field exercises. Previous experience includes serving as an Active Duty Peacekeeping Operations Staff Officer, Instructor, and Political Advisor, as well as working with Walden Woods Holdings as an Associate in Project Development, where Florian evaluated startups for investment. An expert trainer with Essential Field Training and a Junior Consultant with STARTUPS.CH AG, Florian’s educational background includes a Master’s in International Affairs and Governance from the University of St. Gallen, along with various other degrees and certifications in international affairs and investment analysis.
