Marc Lorenz

Marc Lorenz currently serves as the Head of MRO Payerne at RUAG, overseeing the development and management of the maintenance, repair, and overhaul organization. With experience as a Business Transformation Manager, Marc has led strategic optimization projects and implemented continuous improvement initiatives. A prior sabbatical for personal and cultural development followed several roles in project management at Jet Aviation, where responsibilities included planning and coordinating modification projects. Marc's foundational experience includes internships in engineering and software development, alongside a career start as a polymechanic. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Decision Making and Leadership from the University of Lucerne and multiple degrees in mechatronics from various institutions.
