Michael Spring has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as Department Lead Software and Team Lead Software at RUAG since July 2017, after progressing from Embedded Software Engineer within the same company. Prior to RUAG, Michael worked as a Software Engineer at Schweizer from February 2014 to June 2017. Michael's educational background includes a Master's degree in Microengineering with a focus on Robotics and Autonomous Systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Microengineering, both obtained from EPFL, as well as pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts from August 2023 to June 2025.
