Robin Odermatt

Robin Odermatt currently serves as Cluster Lead Security Proofing and Information Technology Security Specialist at RUAG since January 2023, while also co-founding NextBoot in November 2021. Previous experience includes a role as Cyber Security Engineer at Commugen, where implementation of NIST and MITRE ATT&CK in a no-code GRC framework was a focus, and Deputy IT Security Officer at Open Circle AG. Earlier positions encompassed Information Technology System Engineer at Franke and IS apprentice also at Franke, alongside basic training as Gunner Leopard2A4 in the Swiss Armed Forces. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Science in Information and Cyber Security from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, with ongoing Master of Science studies in Information Technology at the University of Bern, supplemented by involvement in a special program at Tel Aviv University and a vocational credential in computer and information sciences.
