Patel Ruchit began their work experience in 2013 as an HR & Admin Executive at Othello Group, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Rubamin Limited as an Asst. Officer HR, where they currently hold a position.

Patel Ruchit earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Gujarat University. This educational achievement took place from 2010 to 2012.
