Rubber Conversion is an Italian cleantech company redefining how the rubber industry approaches circularity.

We develop and supply high-quality sustainable rubber compounds from production off-cuts and End-of-Life Tyres, enabling manufacturers to integrate recycled content without compromising mechanical performance or reliability.

Our technology is patented, science-driven, and designed for industrial scalability. At its core is an ambient-temperature, ambient-pressure mechanical shear process, activated by a green powdered devulcanizing agent that selectively breaks sulphur crosslinks while preserving the original properties of the compound. This ensures stable, high-performance circular materials with a significantly lower carbon footprint.

Product–Service Range
1) SRC: Sustainable Rubber Compounds
High-performance, devulcanized circular compounds engineered to meet demanding application requirements.

2) RDS: Rubber Devulcanization Service
Industrial devulcanization of pre- and post-consumer rubber waste streams, enabling manufacturers to convert their own material flows into new value.

3) LOGOS® plug & play plants + Technology Licensing
Access to our proprietary, patented devulcanization technology for partners seeking to localize and scale circular rubber production.

Our solutions deliver high dynamic loading factors, measurable CO₂ reduction, and significant cost efficiencies, proven in collaboration with European tire and technical rubber goods manufacturers.

Rubber Conversion is recognized with the EcoVadis Gold Medal (Top 5%) and its leadership acknowledged among Meaningful Business Global Leaders, reflecting our commitment to industrial innovation, sustainability, and responsible value creation.
