Steve Howe is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in manufacturing and process engineering. Starting with Federal-Mogul as a Production Operator from 1981 to 1986, Steve advanced to a Lab Technician role at Federal Mogul / American United Global until 1989. From 1989 to 2003, Steve served as an Engineer at American United Global / Hutchinson, followed by the position of Engineering Manager at Hutchinson Seal until 2005. Steve's tenure at Bryant Rubber as a Process Engineer and Operations Manager from 2005 to 2011 led to a significant appointment as Senior Process Engineer at Seal Science, Inc. from 2012 to 2022. Currently, Steve holds the role of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Rubbercraft, an Integrated Polymer Solutions Company, since May 2022.
