We’re RUBI Architects –welcome to our studio
Your development is an opportunity to create the design-driven project the market has been waiting for. The question is: what will sell and still be profitable? Once we’ve identified this opportunity through research and our knowledge of design that sells, we put all our resources into executing the vision. Making your project a success really matters to us, because we genuinely care about what we do.
Having worked in large practices around the world, Director Alex Rubilar wanted to create a studio that placed an emphasis on great client relationships. So, our practice is intentionally small to maintain this connection with you and your team, but our systems and processes are run with the precision of a large firm. And with Alex having a background working on construction sites, you know RUBI Architects value the logistics of your project just as much as the aspirational architecture you’re striving for.
From waterside apartments to urban townhouses, our approach is all about honouring the individuality and profitability of a project.
Every project we design is different, because we respond to what you want, plus the economics of the development.
Feel free to reach out to learn more about us and then let’s chat in person – it’s the best way to see if we’re the right people for your project.
