Jess Temple

Jess Temple is an experienced legal professional with a strong focus on public interest law and international human rights. Currently serving as the Director of Legal Services at Rubicon Programs since January 2020, Jess previously held the role of Staff Attorney at OneJustice from September 2017 to January 2020. Jess began a career in legal services as a Staff Attorney at the International Justice Resource Center (IJRC) and has also worked as a Law Clerk at Schonbrun Desimone Seplow Harris & Hoffman, LLP. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) with a specialization in International & Comparative Law from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science & Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
