Kimberly Barnes is the Director of Program Innovations and Experience at Rubicon Programs Inc., a role they began in 2024 following their tenure as Strategic Planning Manager from 2012 to 2024. With a passion for planning and process, Kimberly has dedicated 20 years to a career in social services across various government organizations in California and Hawaii, as well as in the non-profit sector. A proud Bay Area native, Kimberly is also a first-generation college graduate currently studying at the University of California, Berkeley.
