Eric Bauer is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience in financial leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as CFO at Rubicon since December 2024, Eric previously held the same position at Circulus Holdings, a leader in mechanical recycling, which was acquired by Dow Chemical in August 2024. Eric also served as CFO for Sharps Compliance, Inc., overseeing a successful acquisition at a significant premium, and for Nuverra Environmental Solutions, which was sold to Select Energy Services. Prior to these roles, Eric was a Managing Director at Evercore, specializing in merger and acquisition advisory in the energy infrastructure and water sectors. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Southern Methodist University.
