Jonathan Winder

Jonathan Winder is an experienced professional in sustainability and strategic management, currently serving as the Circular Economy Solutions Engagement Manager at Rubicon since September 2023. Previously, Winder worked as a Sustainability Consultant at IMPACT Recycling Partners, where responsibilities included writing annual client Sustainability Reports and supporting waste diversion initiatives for a national packaging company. Winder has also contributed as an EDF Climate Corps Fellow at CAVA, focusing on food waste and greenhouse gas reductions, and held managerial roles at CFAR, Gap International, Search for Common Ground, and the OSCE, showcasing a strong background in consulting, environmental initiatives, and organizational development. Winder holds an MBA in Sustainable Engineering & Strategic Management from Villanova School of Business, alongside other degrees in International Affairs and Political Science.
