Sara Martínez

Sara Martínez has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sara started their career as a Recruitment intern at Ábaco in 2014, where they were involved in the entire recruitment cycle, including posting job offers, conducting interviews, and handling administrative tasks. Sara then worked as a Human Resources Technician at Seguros Ocaso from November 2014 to April 2017, where they were responsible for designing, processing, and executing various HR projects with company-wide impact.

In 2018, Sara joined BNP Paribas Cardif as an HR Specialist, where they managed recruitment, training, development, and projects. Sara'sresponsibilities included identifying personnel needs, posting job offers, conducting interviews, and coordinating employee onboarding. Sara also handled the planning, organization, and management of training programs, as well as the tracking and bonification with FUNDAE.

From August 2021 to February 2023, Sara worked at Toqio, first as a People Manager and later as a People Lead.
