Our mission is to deliver targeted solutions in automotive and supply chain services (including warehousing, 3PL services, internal logistics, new warehouse launches, and process optimization) by leveraging our expertise and digital tools.

Our Vision

Our vision is to systematically transform the supply chain, digitize all processes, and build a network of knowledge and expertise to enable the most extensive logistics and supply chain transformation projects.

Our Strategy

First, be a reliable partner to our customers. Build credibility and trust with them. Deliver daily business with responsibility and ownership for all service processes. Also, we optimize logistics processes and warehousing. We are strongly focused on each project's KPIs. We bring knowledge from our people, and we educate on daily business and through technology. We bring new ideas to improve our service and maximise customer satisfaction.

In such a dynamic environment like the supply chain, we focus on transparent, clear communication with our customers and suppliers. We believe that this is a key factor in every successful supply chain project.

Our History

Rubikon began as a crisis management provider for the automotive and manufacturing sectors, supporting every function across the factory. We are proud to have led many transformation and relocation projects. Today, we focus on supply chain and logistics, but our original spirit guides us. Our problem-solving mindset and drive for results continue to help us deliver exceptional logistics services. We value our employees and appreciate every project that we can carry out hand in hand with our customers.
