The Rubin Team at Douglas Elliman is one of New York City’s leading real estate teams, known for results-driven strategy, market expertise, and personalized client service. Led by top-producing broker Josh Rubin, we specialize in luxury residential sales, investment consulting, and comprehensive buyer and seller representation throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Our approach is built on four key values: focus, integrity, innovation, and systematization. That means you get clear communication, expert negotiation, and a tailored plan to help you succeed—whether you’re buying your first home, listing a penthouse, or planning your next investment move.

We are hyperlocal and data-informed. We know the streets, buildings, trends, and pricing patterns of New York’s most competitive neighborhoods—and we use that insight to help our clients make confident decisions. Our marketing strategies combine high-impact digital campaigns with best-in-class staging, photography, video, and virtual tours, designed to create demand and drive top-dollar outcomes.

We’ve built our reputation on long-term relationships, not one-off transactions. Our team takes pride in offering trusted guidance at every step of the process, from pre-market prep to closing day and beyond. That commitment has earned us a loyal client base and a strong referral network across the city and beyond.

Whether you’re a first-time buyer, seasoned investor, or fellow agent looking to join a high-performance team, we are ready to help you reach your goals with clarity, creativity, and confidence.

Let’s talk strategy.
