Founded by Kerry Linley, Rubitek Solutions Limited brings together a wealth of knowledge and experience of employing, managing and supporting many hundreds of apprentices and learners to achieve outstanding success rates and industry recognition and award.  Our solutions harness commitment and a partnership way of working that supports enhanced learner achievement and an improved learner journey.

Rubitek systems are customisable, scaleable, portable, reliable and robust.  They work across the widest range of devices and platforms to engage learners of all ages and abilities.  Deliberately designed to be clean, easy to navigate and intuitive and rewarding to use, they help to track progress and evidence key learning requirements such as skills, knowledge and behaviours.  Working together, learners, training providers and employers can monitor progress, evidence commitment and work towards qualification and learning achievement with confidence.
