Shailja Singh has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Shailja is currently working as a Client Director at Rubix Data Sciences Private Limited since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Dun and Bradstreet from 2014 to 2022, starting as a Sr. Tele Researcher and later becoming a Strategic Account Planner. In 2014, they were a Sales Support Officer at Gleaming Outlook Education Pvt. Ltd. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Sales Officer at Asian Business Exhibition & Conferences Ltd in 2013. Shailja started their career as a Business Development Executive at Stratbeans Consulting from 2012 to 2013. In 2011, they worked as a Management Trainee at Religare Technologies.

Shailja Singh pursued their education at Sacred Heart Degree College from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree. Shailja furthered their studies at IMS Ghaziabad from 2010 to 2012, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on marketing and finance.
