Reginald Swift has held various roles in the field of bioscience, technology, and quality assurance. In 2009, they began working as a Quality Supervisor at Pratt & Whitney. In 2013, they moved to iRobot as a Quality Assurance (QA) employee. In 2014, they joined Microline Surgical as a Quality employee. In 2015, they were appointed Director of Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs at Precision Engineered Products (PEP), an NN, Inc. group. In 2016, they became a STEAM Advisor at Greater Lawrence Technical School and a Founder & CEO at Rubix LS. In 2017, they joined The Lawrence Partnership as an Advisory Council Member and The Maker Innovation Lab Lawrence (The MILL) as an Advisor. In 2021, they became an Executive Advisor - Healthcare at inGen Dynamics Inc. and in 2022, they co-founded TheraSyn Bio, Inc., where they currently serve as CEO and CSO.
Reginald Swift began their educational journey in 2005, when they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University. Reginald then attended Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School, earning an MBA and a Doctor of Law (JD) in M&A, respectively. In 2017, they earned a PhD (Hon.) in Molecular Mechanical Engineering from Boston/ Harvard Medical School.
