Brett Callaghan

Brett Callaghan is an experienced operational and sales leader currently serving as the Managing Director for Rubix UKII, overseeing 18 branches, 50 insites, and a team of 300 colleagues across the South UK, with an annual turnover exceeding £100 million. Prior to this role, Brett was Regional Director at Brammer Buck & Hickman, managing 12 branches and 30 insites in the South West UK, contributing to a turnover of over £60 million. Brett's extensive background at Brammer Group includes roles such as Key Account Development Manager and Branch Manager, where managed significant accounts and teams, notably maintaining sales of over £8 million annually for EDF Energy's key account. Brett is also a member of the UKII Senior Leadership Team.
