Pedro Guaracy

Pedro Guaracy is the CEO of Central and Eastern Europe at Rubix, where they focus on transformation, value creation, and performance improvement. They previously held significant roles within Rubix, including Chief Transformation Officer and Group Transformation Director. Pedro began their career with internships at CEMIG, Vale, and Unibanco, before gaining experience at Itau-Unibanco as a Senior Product Analyst and later as a Product Manager. They also contributed as a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company and worked as a student consultant at Medasense Biometrics Ltd. Pedro earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a B. Eng from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
