Peter Bancroft

Peter Bancroft is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in transformation, strategy, and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Group Chief Transformation Officer at Rubix since July 2024, Peter previously held roles as Interim Exec and Independent Consultant at Recast Partners, where contributions spanned a range of organizations including Inflexion Private Equity and Avis Budget Group. As an Operating Partner at Montagu Private Equity, Peter supported the carve-out of Miraclon, while earlier positions include Chief Transformation Officer at both Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services and NorthgateArinso, and Chief Operating Officer at The Warranty Group. Additional roles at Bain & Company and Thomson Reuters have provided Peter with a strong foundation in consulting and commercial management. Peter holds a BSc in IT, Business Management and Languages from the University of York, completed in 2002.
