Robert Hoisan is an experienced e-learning developer and instructional design consultant, currently working at Rubix Academy since October 2021, where responsibilities include managing instructional design and creating e-learning solutions for sales and technical training programs. As an instructional design consultant at ITW EAE since July 2021, Robert has collaborated with Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams to define course objectives and develop interactive e-learning modules.
