Sascha Bauer

Sascha Bauer currently serves as the EU Key Account Manager at Rubix, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Sascha held various significant positions at Würth Group from December 2017 to July 2025, including International Key Account Manager Auto and responsibilities in Business Development. Key achievements during this time include establishing Key Account Management at Würth Thailand, leading organizational development initiatives, and managing international customer interactions. From September 2009 to November 2017, Sascha worked at Würth Deutschland as Sachbearbeiter Export, supporting Southeast Asian subsidiaries and facilitating international supply projects. Sascha has obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Business Psychology from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule and completed multiple degrees in business-related fields through IHK Heilbronn - Franken.
