Tomas Dolejsi

Tomas Dolejsi is currently the Managing Director at Rubix Poland - Robod, where they are responsible for full P&L and driving strategic initiatives. They have extensive experience in sales and category management, having previously held roles at RS Components, including Head of Category Management for Eastern Europe and Internal Account Manager. Tomas also owned a construction company, Dol-Bud, and has worked with various organizations to develop sales strategies and improve product offerings across multiple markets. They hold a master's degree in International Markets and Banking from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie.
