Christopher Thompson

Christopher Thompson is a highly experienced technical support professional with a strong background in customer support and mentoring. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Rubrik, Inc. since May 2018, Christopher previously held the position of Senior Technical Analyst at Dell EMC, where responsibilities included mentoring new hires and managing critical data cases. Prior to that, Christopher worked as a Graduate Student at University College Cork, Ireland, pursuing studies in Computer Science, and served as a Prefectural Advisor for the Oita Prefectural Government, offering HR assistance to foreign staff. Christopher’s career began as a High School Teacher at the Oita Prefectural Board of Education, teaching English and German while developing curricula and overseeing extracurricular activities.
