Larry Guo

Larry Guo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Legal at Rubrik, Inc. since September 2017, Larry has been instrumental in scaling the legal team and implementing public company processes, contributing significantly to Rubrik's IPO on the NYSE. Larry also holds a Faculty Lecturer position at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, where teaching LL.M courses has been part of responsibilities since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Corporate Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Paul Hastings, with educational qualifications from Harvard Law School and the University of California, Berkeley, where degrees in Business Administration and Legal Studies were conferred.
