Mohsin is a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Rubrik since March 2024, specializing in investigating complex Backup & Recovery scenarios and addressing escalated issues across multiple platforms including Azure, AWS, VMware, Linux, SQL, and Windows. Previously, Mohsin served as a Technical Support Engineer 2 at VMware, focusing on Storage, vSphere replication, and acting as the sole contact for Big Bet and Premier Accounts. At IBM, as an Advisory Software Engineer, expertise was provided on IBM Spectrum Scale Software / GPFS, assisting major enterprise clients with performance tuning.
