Niraj Naidu currently serves as the Head of Sales Engineering for the ANZ region at Rubrik since September 2025, while also advising at Rainfall Digital and Blackbird, and co-founding Kill Kapture. Previously, Niraj held significant positions including Head of Strategy & Enterprise Architecture at Smartpay Australia, Vice President at DataStax, and various leadership roles at Dell Technologies, EMC, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Electronic Data Systems. Educationally, Niraj earned a Masters of IT Leadership with a focus on Data Strategy and Business Management from Deakin University, along with a Diploma of Information Technology III from Spherion IT Education Group.
