Phyllis Liu

Phyllis Liu is a seasoned finance and strategy professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Strategy at Rubrik, Inc. since May 2015, Phyllis has held progressive positions including Senior Director and Director of Finance and Business Operations. Prior to Rubrik, Phyllis worked at viagogo as Strategic Development Manager, overseeing a partnership program that contributed significantly to global gross merchandise sales. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for Girls For A Change, an organization aimed at empowering at-risk youth, and roles at Groupon, Norwest Venture Partners, Morgan Stanley, and Jefferies & Company, where contributions spanned high-growth investment, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Phyllis earned an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
