Tom Corry currently serves as Principal at Rubrum Advising, leading the launch of a new Government Affairs and Advocacy practice since June 2025. Prior to this role, Tom was Managing Director at Corry Advisors from November 2020 to June 2025, providing strategic consulting in business and government affairs with a focus on healthcare change. Tom briefly held the position of Assistant Secretary of Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in early 2025, overseeing public affairs programs. As a Board Member, Tom served as Secretary and Treasurer for the State of Virginia Board of Medicine from November 2023 to January 2025 and was a member of the Board of Advisors for the Council for Affordable Health Coverage from March 2022 to January 2025. Tom holds a B.A. in Political Science and French from Westminster College in Pennsylvania and has studied at the Institute for American Universities in Aix en Provence, France.
