Adam Scoggins is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil engineering and extensive expertise in managing project execution, contract negotiations, and client relations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Ruby-Collins, Inc. since August 2023, Adam has held various roles including Sr Estimator/Project Manager at SouthEast Pavement Inc. and Project Manager positions at United Grading & Excavating, SRC Ventures, and Reynolds Construction, LLC.
