Abe McCauley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Ruby Falls since May 2024, Abe previously held leadership roles at the Holston United Methodist Home for Children and Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts where responsibilities included managing day treatment services and operations, respectively. As the former Owner of Coffee Barrel from February 2018 to August 2020, Abe developed strong skills in management and marketing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Psychology and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Tusculum University.
