Çağlayan DUMAN began their work experience in 2017 at BMC San. ve Tic. A.Ş. as a Zırh Balistik Sistemler Tasarım Mühendisi. Çağlayan held this role from January 2017 to April 2019. In 2021, they joined Ruby Game Studio as a 3D Game Artist, starting in April of that year.
Çağlayan Duman graduated from Dokuz Eylul University in 2015 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Engineering Faculty.
