Iryna Holiachenko

Iryna Holiachenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and administrative support. Currently serving as Head of Operations and previously as Executive Assistant at Ruby Labs since September 2022, Iryna held the role of Executive Assistant at Hint: Horoscope & Astrology from October 2022 to March 2025. Between September 2017 and August 2022, Iryna worked as a Personal Assistant. Iryna's background in the banking sector includes significant positions at PJSC "CB "FINANCIAL INITIATIVE," notably as leading/chief economist of the sales organization sector, where responsibilities included compliance monitoring and customer complaint resolution, and as secretary of the Tariff Committee. Iryna holds a Master's degree in international economics from Kyiv National Economics University and a Bachelor's degree in Law and international economics from the National Academy of Management.
