Kiryl Panin

Kiryl Panin is an accomplished data professional with extensive experience in data analysis and engineering. Currently serving as Head of Data at Ruby Labs since April 2020, Kiryl has been instrumental in building a Business Intelligence system from the ground up, including Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and ETL processes. Prior to this, Kiryl held roles at Gismart as a Lead Data Analyst and Senior Data Analyst, where algorithms were developed for fraud detection, user segmentation, and purchase prediction. Kiryl also contributed as a Data Scientist at DataMola, enhancing forecasting applications for AMC Networks Inc., and began a career with research and software engineering at the United Institute of Informatics Problems. Kiryl completed a Master's degree in Algorithms and large volumes of information processing systems and holds another Master's degree in applied mathematics and information technologies from Belarusian State University.
