Ed Allen

Ed Allen is a seasoned software architect currently employed at Ruby since September 2015, where a leadership role was fulfilled in a comprehensive greenfield re-architecture project transitioning from a legacy monolithic system to a modern distributed architecture utilizing microservices and an enterprise service bus. This transition facilitated significant scaling capabilities to address evolving business demands. Additionally, Ed Allen has been the Manager of Technical Services at The Allen Technology Group since March 1988, overseeing various technical services, including sales support, system design, and software development, primarily serving medium and large manufacturing and logistics enterprises. Ed Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1983 and 1987.
