We're hands-on. Our venture studio model means our team builds, launches, and grows startup ideas all within Ruby Sky Ventures. Drawing from our collective experience in building and scaling startups, we drive the entire process from ideation to market launch, creating strong, scalable companies from the ground up. We do this by bringing together extraordinary people to ideate, refine, and validate businesses through research and design. Building great companies is challenging; and while most ideas will fail, we have developed an approach to launch the best ideas when we’ve built undeniable conviction that they can find success.

It is our ambition as a studio to amplify the value contributed by an individual co-founder, and it is our core belief that any co-founder we build with should maintain a fair and incentivizing level of ownership in the company we launch together.
