Ellen Clarry

Ellen Clarry is an experienced supply chain and quality assurance professional with a career spanning over four decades in the food and restaurant industry. Currently serving as Chief Global Supply Chain Officer at Ruby Tuesday since February 2018, Ellen has held significant roles including SVP of Quality Assurance and Global Supply Chain. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Ignite Restaurant Group, Tyson Foods, Metromedia Restaurant Group, Ventura Foods, CARLSON HOSPITALITY, S&A Restaurant Corp, and Ingredient Technology Corp. Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Excelsior University, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
