Paige McGroarty is currently the Spirit Portfolio Manager at Ruby Wines, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as the Bar Manager and Sommelier at The Langham Hotel from 2021 to 2024, and as the Lead Bartender at YVONNE'S LLC from 2018 to 2021. Paige began their career in the hospitality industry as a bartender at Alchemy Bar & Restaurant and Mooo....Restaurant between 2016 and 2018. They hold a Master of Science in Environmental Education from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Franklin Pierce University, where they were also the Head Peer Leader from 2012 to 2015.
