Maxim Kalshin

Maxim Kalshin is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience spanning over eight years. Currently serving as a Senior Information Security Engineer at Rubytech since November 2019, Maxim specializes in the deployment and technical support of IDM, PKI, and WebSSO systems, along with testing and configuring IDM systems for clients. Prior to Rubytech, Maxim worked as an Engineer at ELVIS-PLUS, focusing on technical documentation and the deployment of Avanpost IDM systems. Earlier roles included a Technical Support Engineer position at ISBC Group, where Maxim developed demonstrations for Mifare cards and conducted software testing with various cryptographic providers, as well as gaining experience in creating network infrastructures with Citrix XenDesktop and VMware Horizon. Maxim's career began as a technician-electronic at ЗАО "НТЦ ЭЛИНС", where responsibilities included electrical schematic design and maintenance of computer equipment. Maxim holds a Master's degree in Information Security and a Specialist degree in Computing Machines, Complexes, Systems, and Networks from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET).
