Mikhail Bulgakov

Mikhail Bulgakov currently serves as the Deputy Head of the System Architect Department and Lead System Architect at Rubytech since April 2020. Prior experience includes positions as a System Architect at IBS from July 2017 to April 2020, and as a System Architect at Huawei Technologies from October 2015 to August 2017, focusing on ICT infrastructure project solutions. Prior to this, Mikhail worked as a System Architect at ОТР between October 2013 and September 2015, managing presale IT infrastructure solutions and project budgets, and as a System Engineer at NetApp from 2012 to October 2013, responsible for gathering client requirements and developing storage system specifications. Mikhail's early career at IBS Group spanned from August 2004 to September 2012, contributing to over 80 complex projects across various industries. Mikhail holds an Engineer's degree in Microelectronics and Semiconductor Devices from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS."
