Aaron Mays, MBA, is a Senior Product Manager at RubyWell, where they lead data analysis and contribute to product design for family caregiver certification. Previously, as a Product Manager at Medica, Aaron eliminated over $10 million in costs and improved reconciliation processes. They began their career as a Business Solutions Specialist at PreferredOne, implementing major vendor networks and optimizing system performance. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and is currently pursuing an MBA in Medical Industry Leadership at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
